Founded in 2019, Dreams Hub is an innovation and entrepreneurship hub committed to empowering children, women, and entrepreneurs in Equatorial Guinea through transformative education and access to technology. Our mission is to turn aspirations into action by equipping individuals and business units with the skills, tools, and resources they need to improve their well-being, uplift their communities, and integrate into the global economy.
We design and implement modern educational programs focused on entrepreneurship, business development, and digital literacy. Our curriculum blends technical training with behavioral development, promoting creativity, leadership, and sustainability. Through mentorship, access to resources, and hands-on learning, we help our participants launch and grow businesses, improve employability, and drive inclusive economic development.
Since our inception, Dreams Hub has:
In 2024, to expand our reach and impact, we established our U.S.-based nonprofit arm, Dreams Hub Inc., a 501(c) registered in California. This new entity enables us to collaborate with international development partners, engage in public-private partnerships (PPPs), and gain access to world-class educational content, technologies, and funding opportunities.
Together, we are building a pipeline of empowered youth, resilient women, and thriving local businesses—creating a better future, one dream at a time.
Equatorial Guinea is a small, resource-rich nation in Central West Africa with a population of roughly 1.4 million people. Despite significant oil reserves and fertile land, the country's wealth remains concentrated among a small elite, while the majority of citizens face limited access to basic services such as healthcare, quality education, and economic opportunity. Political opacity, underinvestment in human capital, and systemic inequality have stifled inclusive development.
Educational outcomes remain deeply concerning—many children and adults lack access to foundational literacy, numeracy, and job-readiness training. This educational gap contributes directly to generational cycles of poverty, economic exclusion, and underemployment, particularly among women and youth.
And yet, amidst these challenges lies a powerful undercurrent of resilience and aspiration. From small-scale farmers and artisans to local entrepreneurs and students, Equatoguineans demonstrate incredible determination to build better lives and support their communities. The country’s unique identity as the only Spanish-speaking nation in Africa also presents a strategic advantage: a linguistic and cultural bridge to broader international collaboration, education networks, and economic partnerships.
At DreamsHub, we believe this is not just a crisis—it is an opportunity.
An opportunity to:
We are committed to nurturing homegrown solutions that empower people to take control of their futures. Through access to training, mentorship, technology, and global networks, we aim to unlock the immense human potential of Equatorial Guinea—starting with its youth and women.
Change is not only necessary—it’s possible. And it starts with education, innovation, and opportunity.
