Founded in 2019, Dreams Hub develops and implements innovative educational programs and technologies tailored to children, entrepreneurs, women and business units in Equatorial Guinea in support of their dreams and business initiatives using education and resources to positively impact their wellbeing, their communities and to promote their integration into global economies and society.
We promote the use of technology and we design modern and effective technical and behavioral educational content in entrepreneurship and business skills to meet our objectives. We provide access to mentors and resources for the scalability of our solutions and for a sound impact in business creation, business sustainability, employability and for the overall economic development of Equatorial Guinea.

Children ages 7-13
Crystal Eggs is a leadership and creativity program that introduces children to digital skills, critical thinking, languages, chess, and personal values through fun, practical learning experiences. Our “Huevos de Cristal” symbolize the fragility, agility, curiosity, and growth intelligence that shape the future innovators of their communities.

High school and university students
The Entrepreneurship Lab develops young innovators through eight globally accredited credentials that can be integrated into school systems. The program equips students from any discipline with the tools to design, build, and launch sustainable ventures. It is available in both online and classroom formats and includes a Train-the-Trainer component to empower educators.

Start-ups and business owners
The MiPyME GE program supports micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in building stronger business foundations. Designed for local entrepreneurs, it delivers hands-on training in operations, finance, and marketing, working in collaboration with government and private partners to enhance business sustainability and growth across economic sectors.

Young, women, and adult entrepreneurs
“La Capsula” is an incubation platform that helps aspiring entrepreneurs—especially women and young adults—transform ideas into viable, successful businesses. It combines entrepreneurial training with access to mentors, resources, and funding opportunities to guide participants through business creation, project pitching, and market readiness.

Young adults
The Digital for Non-Digitals program fast-tracks participants into the digital economy with 26 hands-on modules covering essential tools and practices in digitalization. It prepares learners for emerging opportunities in technology, tourism, and renewable energy, strengthening employability and digital inclusion in developing communities.
At DreamsHub, we believe that when women and young entrepreneurs gain access to the right education and technology, they don’t just change their own lives—they uplift entire communities.
